National Universities Commission Recruitment 2025 Requirement
Application is open to all eligible Nigerian citizens from the ages of 18 to 50 and are required to possess appropriate qualifications, competencies, skills, and orientation.
NYSC discharge/exemption certificate, digital skills and computer literacy shall be required for applicants for CONTISS 7- 9.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Senior Officer (CONTISS 9)
Applicants must possess a Ph.D. degree in disciplines relevant to the Commission’s mandate or a Master’s degree plus at least four-years post-qualification cognate experience or a first degree plus at least six-years post- qualification cognate experience. Possession of additional professional qualifications shall be an advantage.
Trainee /Officer I (CONTISS 8)
Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in disciplines relevant to the Commission’s mandate or a first degree plus at least three-years post-qualification cognate experience. Possession of additional professional qualifications shall be an advantage

Trainee Officer II (CONTISS 7)
Applicants must possess a first degree in disciplines relevant to the Commission’s mandate. Possession of additional professional qualifications shall be an advantage.
Confidential Secretary (CONTISS 7)
Applicants must possess at least a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies, plus at least three years’ post-qualification cognate experience.
Assistant Cameraman (CONTISS 5)
Applicants must possess at least a National Diploma in either Cinematography or Mass Communication from a recognised institution. Cognate experience shall be an advantage.
Data Processing Assistant (CONTISS 5)
Applicants must possess at least a National Diploma in fields relevant to the Commission’s mandate. Cognate experience shall be an advantage.

Artisans/Craftsman (Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, Air conditioning Mechanic) (CONTISS 4 or CONTISS 3)
Applicants must possess at least ‘O’ Level Certificate or its equivalent, Class II/III Trade Test Certificate in the approprate trade. Technical training and cognate experience on the subject matter shall be an advantage.
Lift Operator (CONTISS 4 or CONTISS 3)
Applicants must possess at least a First School Leaving Certificate. Technical training and cognate experience in the operation of lifts shall be an advantage.
Motor Driver/Mechanic (CONTISS 4 or CONTISS 3) Applicants must possess at least an O’ Level Certificate or its equivalent, Class II/III Trade Test Certificate for Motor Mechanic Work, plus a valid Class ‘C’ Driving license. Cognate experience shall be an advantage.
